Allison Santen

Allison Santen, MSW, LCSW, is the owner of Rise Anew Therapy and partners with Exculta Health + Wellness to provide services to first responders, veterans, service members, and their families.

 

As a police wife, Army National Guard wife, and member of an Air Force family, Allison understands the realities of shift work, drill weekends, missed holidays, unpredictable schedules, and the ways the job follows you home.

 

Professionally, she has worked alongside law enforcement as a co-responder and has extensive experience in crisis response and crisis program leadership. Her approach to therapy is practical, direct, and low on fluff—you don’t need to spend half your session explaining your Panama schedule, what a radio “tone out” means, or why “just leave work at work” isn’t realistic.

 

She understands the culture, so you can spend your time talking about what actually matters.
