At Exculta Health + Wellness, we believe cost should never be the reason a veteran, first responder, or family member goes without mental health support.

Rather than contracting with insurance companies, Exculta uses a sliding fee scale based on household income. This allows us to keep care affordable while reducing barriers that can come with insurance coverage, including high deductibles, limited provider networks, and restrictions on covered services.

Our model also helps protect the relationship between you and your mental health provider. Treatment decisions are based on your individual needs—not the requirements of an insurance company.

 

Through grants, charitable contributions, fundraising, and community partnerships, Exculta helps cover the remaining cost of care so that individuals and families pay an amount that is more manageable for their household.

Our goal is simple: make high-quality, culturally competent mental health care accessible to those who serve, those who have served, and the families who stand beside them.

How our slide fee schedule works
